Blog 2

When I was writing my second blog post about a year and a half ago (actually, it was only nine months ago), the topics were: what kinds of things I wanted to publish, internet safety, and what I felt I could publish about the people in my life.

It was this last one that stopped me. For nine months. Which makes sense, because these same people were holding me back before, and worrying about their privacy is what made me hold back writing more. If I had continued, maybe things would be better now! Maybe I could have made some money, or more deeply gratifyingly, published my thoughts.

It has been pretty much this same time period that Covid-19 really affected the US in my area. Not surprisingly, its influence hasn't directly been that great on my daily life. I am still house-bound, trapped, in some unspoken, unacknowledged, mentally horrific modern-day slavery.
